Theo &#273;&oacute;, vi&#7879;c qu&#7843;n l&yacute; trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; c&oacute; nh&#7919;ng thay &#273;&#7893;i quan tr&#7885;ng, c&#7909; th&#7875; nh&#432; sau:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Th&#7913; nh&#7845;t, t&#7845;t c&#7843; c&aacute;c trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; &#273;&#7873;u ph&#7843;i &#273;&#432;&#7907;c ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i &#273;&#7875; l&agrave;m c&#259;n c&#7913; cho vi&#7879;c c&ocirc;ng b&#7889; ti&ecirc;u chu&#7849;n &aacute;p d&#7909;ng ho&#7863;c c&#7845;p s&#7889; &#273;&#259;ng k&yacute; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Theo &#272;i&#7873;u 4 c&#7911;a Ngh&#7883; &#273;&#7883;nh s&#7889; 36\/2016\/N&#272;-CP, trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; g&#7891;m 2 nh&oacute;m &#273;&#432;&#7907;c ph&acirc;n l&agrave;m 4 lo&#7841;i nh&#432; sau:<\/p>\n<p>&ndash; Nh&oacute;m 1: g&#7891;m trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; thu&#7897;c lo&#7841;i A<\/p>\n<p>&ndash; Nh&oacute;m 2: g&#7891;m trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; thu&#7897;c lo&#7841;i B, C, D<\/p>\n<p>Vi&#7879;c ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; ph&#7843;i &#273;&#432;&#7907;c th&#7921;c hi&#7879;n b&#7903;i t&#7893; ch&#7913;c c&oacute; &#273;&#7911; &#273;i&#7873;u ki&#7879;n v&agrave; ph&#7843;i tu&acirc;n th&#7911; h&#432;&#7899;ng d&#7851;n ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i theo quy &#273;&#7883;nh t&#7841;i Th&ocirc;ng t&#432; s&#7889; 39\/2016\/TT-BYT ng&agrave;y 28\/10\/2016 quy &#273;&#7883;nh chi ti&#7871;t vi&#7879;c ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871;, tr&#7915; tr&#432;&#7901;ng h&#7907;p &#273;&#432;&#7907;c th&#7915;a nh&#7853;n k&#7871;t qu&#7843; ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i theo Th&ocirc;ng t&#432; s&#7889; 42\/2016\/TT-BYT ng&agrave;y 15\/11\/2016 quy &#273;&#7883;nh vi&#7879;c th&#7915;a nh&#7853;n k&#7871;t qu&#7843; ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Th&#7913; hai, vi&#7879;c qu&#7843;n l&yacute; trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c d&#7921;a tr&ecirc;n s&#7889; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Theo &#272;i&#7873;u 20 c&#7911;a Ngh&#7883; &#273;&#7883;nh s&#7889; 36\/2016\/N&#272;-CP, s&#7889; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh c&#7911;a trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; g&#7891;m:<\/p>\n<p>&ndash; S&#7889; phi&#7871;u ti&#7871;p nh&#7853;n h&#7891; s&#417; c&ocirc;ng b&#7889; ti&ecirc;u chu&#7849;n &aacute;p d&#7909;ng &#273;&#7889;i v&#7899;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; lo&#7841;i A theo m&#7851;u s&#7889; 03 quy &#273;&#7883;nh t&#7841;i Ph&#7909; l&#7909;c IV ban h&agrave;nh k&egrave;m theo Ngh&#7883; &#273;&#7883;nh s&#7889; 36\/2016\/N&#272;-CP .<\/p>\n<p>&ndash; S&#7889; gi&#7845;y ch&#7913;ng nh&#7853;n &#273;&#259;ng k&yacute; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh &#273;&#7889;i v&#7899;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; thu&#7897;c lo&#7841;i B, C, D theo m&#7851;u s&#7889; 09 quy &#273;&#7883;nh t&#7841;i Ph&#7909; l&#7909;c IV ban h&agrave;nh k&egrave;m theo Ngh&#7883; &#273;&#7883;nh s&#7889; 36\/2016\/N&#272;-CP .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; &#273;&atilde; c&oacute; s&#7889; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh t&#7841;i Vi&#7879;t Nam &#273;&#432;&#7907;c xu&#7845;t kh&#7849;u, nh&#7853;p kh&#7849;u theo nhu c&#7847;u, kh&ocirc;ng h&#7841;n ch&#7871; s&#7889; l&#432;&#7907;ng v&agrave; kh&ocirc;ng ph&#7843;i qua B&#7897; Y t&#7871; ph&ecirc; duy&#7879;t.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#272;&#7875; t&#7841;o &#273;i&#7873;u ki&#7879;n, h&#7895; tr&#7907; cho c&aacute;c &#273;&#417;n v&#7883; nh&#7853;p kh&#7849;u trong vi&#7879;c x&aacute;c &#273;&#7883;nh, th&ocirc;ng quan h&agrave;ng h&oacute;a trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; nh&#7853;p kh&#7849;u trong giai &#273;o&#7841;n &#273;&#7847;u th&#7921;c hi&#7879;n Ngh&#7883; &#273;&#7883;nh s&#7889; 36\/2016\/N&#272;-CP , B&#7897; Y t&#7871; (V&#7909; Trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; v&agrave; C&ocirc;ng tr&igrave;nh y t&#7871;) tr&acirc;n tr&#7885;ng &#273;&#7873; ngh&#7883; T&#7893;ng C&#7909;c H&#7843;i quan ph&#7889;i h&#7907;p v&agrave; ch&#7881; &#273;&#7841;o, th&ocirc;ng b&aacute;o C&#7909;c h&#7843;i quan c&aacute;c t&#7881;nh, th&agrave;nh ph&#7889; tr&#7921;c thu&#7897;c trung &#432;&#417;ng m&#7897;t s&#7889; n&#7897;i dung sau:<\/p>\n<p><strong>V&#7873; nh&#7853;p kh&#7849;u trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. K&#7875; t&#7915; 0h00 ng&agrave;y 01\/01\/2018:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a) &#272;&#7889;i v&#7899;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i thu&#7897;c lo&#7841;i A: &#273;&#7873; ngh&#7883; th&#7921;c hi&#7879;n theo n&#7897;i dung n&ecirc;u t&#7841;i m&#7909;c I.1.a c&#7911;a c&ocirc;ng v&#259;n n&agrave;y.<\/p>\n<p>b) &#272;&#7889;i v&#7899;i trang thi&#7871;t b&#7883; y t&#7871; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c ph&acirc;n lo&#7841;i thu&#7897;c lo&#7841;i B, C, D: Ch&#7881; &#273;&#432;&#7907;c nh&#7853;p kh&#7849;u sau khi &#273;&atilde; c&oacute; gi&#7845;y ch&#7913;ng nh&#7853;n &#273;&#259;ng k&yacute; l&#432;u h&agrave;nh do B&#7897; Y t&#7871; c&#7845;p.
