DETAILED REGULATIONS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF DECREE NO. 98\/2021\/ND-CP DATED NOVEMBER 8, 2021 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT<\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Decree No. 75\/2017\/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of B<\/em>ộ<\/em> Medical;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to Decree No. 98\/202<\/em>1<\/em>\/ND-CP dated August 8 <\/em>1<\/em>1 year 202<\/em>1<\/em> of the Government on equipment management <\/em>medical<\/em>;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

At the request of the Director of the Department of Medical Equipment and Construction<\/em>ế<\/em>;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The Minister of Health issued a Circular detailing the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 98\/202<\/em>1<\/em>\/ND-CP dated 08 th<\/em>ah<\/em>ng <\/em>11<\/em> year 202<\/em>1<\/em> of the Government on equipment management<\/em> medical.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Article 1. Scope of regulation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. This Circular details the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP dated November 8, 2021 of the Government on medical equipment management (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP), including:<\/span><\/p>\n

a) Classification of medical equipment prescribed in Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP;<\/span><\/p>\n

b) Supplementing the list of in vitro diagnostic medical equipment that does not have to undergo quality assessment by a competent authority of Vietnam as prescribed in Point d, Clause 3, Article 30 of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP;<\/span><\/p>\n

c) List of medical equipment of types B, C, D purchased and sold like ordinary goods specified in Clause 1, Article 42 of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP;<\/span><\/p>\n

d) List of medical equipment that must be inspected for safety and technical features as prescribed in Clause 10, Article 70 of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP;<\/span><\/p>\n

d) List of medical equipment subject to import license as prescribed in Point d, Clause 2, Article 76 of Decree No. 98\/2021\/ND-CP.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Announce the expiration of some documents on medical equipment management.<\/span><\/p>\n
